Wish I hadn't wasted my money

I first listened to the actual Good to Great book on CDs in my car and wanted a written summary to review some points -- but buying this one was a huge mistake. It appears this summary was written by a non-native English speaker, and not proofread. Even the name of the author is misspelled. On page three it says, "The trademarks are used without consent." No address or other contact information is provided for Elite Summaries, the summary's publisher. I've never before given such a low review (one star) but clearly this time it's in order. I let Amazon know my concerns and was pleased with their response (which was prompt and helpful).

I can't hide my surprise that I could use some of this in my private life, implementing these in business sphere was expected. The best thing is I haven't finished improving, there are much more things to do.

Right people with good amount of discipline are the best way to make a successful business. Collins gives some nice guidelines in this book, its nothing groundbreaking but it's helpful to see whats important. Good chance is most of us will miss on those important things.

A lot of people had marked this book as one of the best business coaching books, and I must agree on that. I really like that it has a lot of examples of successful companies and rather easy and simple pointers on how to grow your own business. I like that it's underlined how you should value people on their abilities and being positive.
