And a few questions that we’ve had over the past few weeks during this lockdown with the ladies.

✅ The ‘beating yourself up not being perfect during lockdown’ mindset vs The ‘I’m making the most of this situation’
✅ What we both struggled with for the first weeks and how these actually made us feel better in the short terms
✅ How to eat family meals, enjoy this time and still drop some body fat
✅ What to do help with snacking to get back in control
✅ Bulking family meals out with protein and fibre to feed the family (Julie speaks about times with her kids growing up where they’d eat bread with every meal)
✅ What ‘good’ vs ‘bad’ foods actually are
✅ How you can lose weight eating crap (I give an example..but I would not recommend that)
✅ What to focus on most to reduce inflammation, drop a dress size, get fit and feel healthier.
