A lot has happened over the past 18 months since the start of COVID-19. We (Debrah and Beth) came together to co-found Inspire Mindset MD. We launched our successful online course, Confidence for Professional Women and Podcast, Women with Confidence! We have learned so much through our weekly interactions with women who strive to be the best they can be.

More recently, we have decided to pursue our individual passions.
