Caesars Entertainment followed through with the long rumored change of Bally's Las Vegas to Horseshoe Las Vegas. This brings the iconic Downtown Las Vegas brand back, but what will be changing and what won't as the property transitions throughout 2022.

With Bally's Las Vegas turning to Horseshoe, that opens up the opportunity for the Bally's name to come back elsewhere. Unfortunately that means Tropicana is likely going to be heavily renovated or demolished when it's sale to Bally's Corporation completes later this year. Will Trop become the new Bally's?

One of the newest properties in Las Vegas has started charging resort fees, but fortunately it is easier now than ever to avoid resort fees thanks to the new MGM Rewards program.
