It’s week 3 of our “IN THE MONTH OF MADNESS!”. We have a hell of a show lined for you this week. After our prologue segment we head into level 1: Technology news where we discuss a wide range of topics from Twitter censorship to child labor in China for the Wii U to the moving of Pirate Bay from physical servers to the cloud. A little talk about a next generation Sony move controller ends level one and leads us into level 2: Gaming industry news.

We start off this week with some more Mechwarrior Online and Prey 2 news. We chat a bit about the Nintendo Wii U touchscreen controller and where you can go with it and about the future of the Old Republic. We wrap up level 2 talking about layoffs at Lionshead and then it’s just a hop, skip and a jump into level 3: Entertainment news.

In level 3 we go over how well Walking Dead did its first week on the air in a year, talk about the direction of the new Marvel movie properties.  We chat about what the Dark Knight producer thinks about the Avengers, where the He-Man and James Bond films are going.  We close up the week talking about the Kickstarter for the movie The Goon and then in our Drink at the Inn segment we talk ALL about how amazing Creepshow is and why you should love it!

What an amazing time we have been having at GDC Online. Today was day 3, the final day of GDC. We spent today at the writers summit learning all about writing for video games. Man, it was amazing. More on that on the inside. Also, we have a great interview with Robert Winkler, CEO of 5th Planet Games. They have some super cool games, we highly suggest you check them out. So grab a cold one and enjoy our quick recap of GDC Online Day 3. We will be back to our regular show format on our next episode.

As we enter into episode 15 this week we kick the news off with Level 1: Technology News where we talk about the riots and lawsuits following Apple around on the heels of the new iPhone release. We go from there to cyber attacks on banks, Valve talking about Steam for Linux, HPs CEO and Maingears all in one gaming PC.

Over in Level 2: Video Game News we cover Popcaps employees getting laid off, World of Warcraft, Google trying to understand the modern gamer, Phantasy Star Online 2, the unreleased Cabin in the Woods game, a couple new trilogy releases, some Sony news and 343s plans for Halo.

We close out our show with a heaping helping of Level 3: Entertainment news. This week we discuss Captain America being sworn in as president, Ghostbusters getting rebooted, a Spy Hunter Movie and a ton of Marvel movie news. From there we talk about the Vatican's opinion of Promethus, what to expect in the new Sin City movie, the lawsuit over the Dark Knight shooting and close out Level 3 with Tonys rant about things Michael Bay has said recently.

In level one we cover everything from Valves new hardware, to Microsofts wearable xbox controller. We finish up level one with some Wii U news, HPs smartphones  and a new tech lobby group in Washington.

In level 3 talk all about the geeky entertainment news you want to hear from the tragic passing of Michael Clarke Duncan to more depressing news that is the Michael Bay TMNT script. From there we move to Dark Knight blu-ray news and talk some about Joss Whedon handling the Avengers franchise. We top it all off with Hobbit movie news, T.V premieres and for the first time ever: a bunch of comic industry news. Finally we have drinks at the inn to close the bar down.

What started off as a quick little show quickly blew up into something far far more. We kick it off this week with our Prelude segment. From there we move to Level 1, technology news. We talk about the future of the 4K televsion and tablets. Closing out level one we have some Apple, Google and Neil Armstrong news.

In level 2 video game news we open up with one of our famous Square Enix rants and discuss Star Wars 1313 at length. From there we hit up Halo 4 news and talk for a while about Sony studios. Level 3, entertainment news is up after that with a little Metal Gear talk before our huge blow out comic entertainment news discussion from S.H.I.E.L.D to the JLA. We close up with some Star Wars info and wrap up level 3 with LEGO movie news. We close out the show as always with your questions and comments in our Drinks at the Inn segment.
