I LOVE sleep. I think sleep may be the one strong area of my life and I think I just really nailed this area and would love for you to all experinece the magic of good sleep too! I'm not an expert or a doctor but I am human and being human means you sleep.. unless you're wired differently then cool. Anyways.. Im sharing all my tips and knowledge on sleep in hopes that it may support you and help you get a good night of true meaningful rest. I do want to emphasize that whatever works for you is the most important. Take what you need from this epiosde and throw out what does not serve your best quality of sleep.
