Anxiety is not something we have to simply endure, instead we have the ability to combat and attack it, not allowing anxiety to rule our lives anymore.

But there are tools we can use to fight these battles against fear, worry, and anxiety: naming our fears and destroying the lie that we're alone in our anxiety.
