We caught up with Bangor High School legend, Gordon Doore. This episode was recorded a few weeks ago, right after the Chicago Marathon, so of course we have to touch on that! Gordon was a standout runner in high school and continues to set the bar high as he enters another year running for Colby College. He talks about the importance of goal setting, his personal goal of breaking the 4 minute mile barrier, the evolution of his training and how he believes that every high school runner should leave their ego behind. Another great shakeout with a wonderful human.
