Four years following the formation of the New World Order, WCW returned to the Daytona Beach Center to host Bash at the Beach 2000, a show that is for all intents and purposes, the incredibly unsatisfying final act of one of the best stories in professional wrestling history.

The Year of Duke and Rogue returns with another trip down memory lane as we approach the halfway point of our trek through the final chapter of World Championship Wrestling. In a season full of an astounding amount of bullshit, we get yet another one of the more infamous incidents in professional wrestling history, as The Chosen One Double J Jeff Jarrett defends his world title against the returning Hollywood Hulk Hogan. If there's one thing that you can count on from Vince Russo, it's memorable moments and this pay per view show certainly has its share. 

Elsewhere, the future of the Outsiders is at stake as Kevin Nash takes on the recently heeled Goldberg for his partner, the Bad Guy's contract. 

The undercard features an abundance of low blows, a match out in a graveyard, and an unusually excited Juventud Guerrera.

We have a treat for you this time, as Slamboree 2000 is headlined by a three way dance contested inside of a triple cage structure for the World Heavyweight Championship. The reigning champ going in is David Arquette, perhaps best known for his role in the Scream movies, as well as being the husband of one of the stars of Friends. The actor is the star of the WCW produced film Ready to Rumble, and somehow got himself involved in the title picture, won the belt, then even had a successful title defense against Tank Abbott. This is considered one of the low points in WCW's history, and we're here to call it as we see it. Arquette defends the title against Double J and DDP inside that triple cage.

Elsewhere, the Hulkster is still fixing to quench his thirst against Billy Kidman, this time with former friend and now foe Eric Bischoff as the guest referee.
