According to the Saskatchewan Realtors Association, sales have slowed significantly since the record set in April of 2021. Last month saw 4,873 sales in our province, lower than the three previous months. But while sales were slow, prices are up to record levels, with residential benchmark prices rising to $295,000 in April, a jump of 2% over March. Chris Guérette, CEO of the Saskatchewan Realtors Association, joins John to tell us about the current housing market in Saskatchewan and what she sees for the months ahead.
