As we grow closer to Father's Day on June 18, the Canadian Cancer Society wants to help raise awareness and show support for the men in Canada who will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, a figure as high as one in nine. The initiative will see men dressed in "Plaid for Dad" as they encourage others to get tested and talk openly about men's health. Robin Speer is the Saskatchewan ambassador for Plaid for Dad, and he joins Gormley to tell us how you can get involved.

Legendary hockey coach, Dave King, who coached in the NHL, the Russian Super League, Kontinental Hockey League, Western Hockey League, the Winter Olympics, and the IIHF World Junior Championships has written a book about how the game has evolved over the years.
