A former provincial government worker in Saskatchewan has written a book detailing the frustrations of red tape reduction. Joe Carson spent nine years as the executive director for regulatory modernization. His realization was that red tape reduction will never happen if left to any level of government. He stepped away to pen his thoughts with a straightforward, understandable and workable approach to address what he calls the “horrendous inefficiency in the administration of government” and joins Gormley to talk about it.
