Bryan Fischer here. Neil Gorsuch betrayed the trust that President Trump placed in him and we placed in him. We vigorously supported his nomination to the Supreme Court because we had assurances that he would apply the Constitution as written and would not rewrite the Constitution from the bench. But this is exactly what he did. He changed the meaning of the word “sex” on the fly from “male or female” to whatever somebody thinks he is. In one giant leap of illogic, he abandoned biological science, the Constitution, the law, and even the dictionary to reach his tortured conclusion. The consequences of his activist opinion will be felt for decades. The one hope at this point is that the 29 governors whose states do not provide special protections for deviant sexuality will rise up and say, “The justice has issued his opinion; now let him enforce it.”
