Did you know that in a week and a half it’s April 25th? Just a date on a calendar really – until you realize that it’s Anzac Day. Then suddenly it symbolises a whole lot more for most Australians – Aussie soldiers willing to suffer, even sacrifice their lives, to meet the needs of others.

And don’t the sacraments do that for us in regard to Jesus, and his sacrifice on the cross?
