You know life has meaning when you have something to say at death. Take a look this week at a man who had something profound to say. His life was filled with meaning because of what he heard and saw around him.

Do you want justice? I'm tired of the injustice of it all.

The events leading up to Jesus' death tell us of the worst catastrophe we could imagine. An innocent, good man plans to sacrifice himself, faces a monkey trial, and will eventually die. But Jesus says this sacrifice will, through a surprising turn of events, turn into the greatest surprise for the world. 

Are you willing to sacrifice and hope that through a surprising turn of events it will turn into the greatest surprise for others? I invite you to try it out and see what happens.

When we lose a connection with someone, we experience loss. Have you dealt with that? Jesus destroys loss and we can lose it through conviction, connection, and content.

"Get up". Because he lives, you too will live. This is God's power. The powerful voice of God that speaks life into our death, our regret, our trouble, and trial. Grab onto it.

How powerful are you? Are you able to be productive and produce the growth you would like to see in life? Or do you need another power to be at work in you?

Do you like to break the rules? Do you get mad at people who break the rules? Jesus breaks the rules as he introduces the gospel to his people. He shows us how to break the rules correctly, how the rules are kept, and how we can create rules.

Do you tackle the external problems of life (money, job, health, education) or the internal problems first? How do you know if everything is going okay? Check out the one who figured out how to really solve the problems of life.

How do you feel about someone having authority or power over you? Would you accept someone else's rule? What kind of a rule would you accept? We hear whom Jesus rules over (people he chooses), we hear where he rules (the church and spiritual world), and we hear how he rules (with healing and renewal).
