Jesus anchors our fellowship with God and one another. Fellowship (koinonia) is walking in the truth, confessing your sins one to another, and leading others to our Advocate.

Jesus is the radiance of the glory of God, the exact imprint of His nature, and we have seen Him; Christians then are primarily a beholding people.

Christ’s sacrifice has opened the way for sinners to come in faith, with the hope of full forgiveness. The outworking of this redemption is the call to love one another by prioritizing the gathering and stirring one another to obedience.

To follow after Jesus, you will worship Him, be changed by Him, and obey His commands. As you follow Him, He will create you to be a fisher of men.

Since God comforts us in our affliction, we can comfort others in their affliction with the comfort we have received.

Our great missionary has been sent, empowered, and commissioned to dawn the light of the good news into the darkest places. This good news calls us to apprentice under the King of kings.

As a Christian, you must see the world as doomed and spared. Doomed because of the coming wrath of God yet spared for beauty in God’s love.
