Paul argues that no one can believe without being exposed to God’s word, and that no one will hear God’s word without people who preach the word. Paul goes on to teach that people must also be engaged in sending the preacher out into the world if anyone is to be reached with God’s word.
God has not asked anyone to do what is impossible in order to be saved.
