Those who hear with saving faith are sealed by God and assured of future glory. Many people hear the gospel but only some hear, are convicted of its truth, and believe. These are the ones who have salvation which means rescued from God’s wrath against sin and have the gift of eternal life.

We have a Discussion about the necessary distinction between God’s providential will and His revealed moral will. For example, it was God’s purpose that Jesus would be rejected and crucified, but those who rejected Him are morally culpable for their evil motives and actions.

Major millennial views that have arisen: Premillennialism, Postmillennialism, and Amillennialism. Is the binding of Satan present or future? Is the “first resurrection” spiritual or physical? Is the duration of the thousand years symbolic or literal?

We must be clear that Jesus and His apostles speak for God and we must listen to their binding, authoritative words and not the many false claimants in church history who supposedly speak for God.
