Jesus Christ has been raised from the dead. When we say that Christ has been raised from the dead this sounds almost cliché’. So why do we say that Christ has been raised from the dead? What is a victory? At what point can a commander declare that he has had a victory? Is it when the other army has fled? What if the commander loses the leadership’s support when he goes to battle? Can the person claim victory then? This is what we see with Christ. Christ does not have the leadership’s support, but yet we still call his entrance triumphal.
