Adjustment is key christians - when a season starts or finishes, you adjust.We need to be where God wants us to be so that we receive full blessings. God will keep His word no matter the circumstances - He is not a man so He will never lie. What you have been going through will come to an end because God is doing a new thing in your life. You need to desire new things to happen in your life. God expects us to desire new things from Him; He expects new things to happen in your life. Having God in your life is all you need - All you need is in God. Revival is bridging the gap between God and Man. For you to grow effectively, revival must occur. Can revival happen by design? Can you trigger revival in your life?

What we have done in the last few days was an investment. No matter how small the result you have seen might look, hang onto it and praise God.

The word spoken upon us, the promises given, the miracles received will not be lost and shall not be stolen.

God dwells in the midst of people who are united. Do we celebrate each other? Are we promoters of unity? God understands that when people are united they can achieve anything. Prayer without unity closes heaven. Verses to read:

For you to grow spiritually you need to :

1. Have a spiritual life: a life of communication to the Lord, a life of prayer, a life of reading the word and a life of practising the word.

2. Learn to walk by the spirit: deliberately choosing to trust the Spirit of God and His prompting.

The christians in Berea received the word of God with eagerness. They studied and obeyed the word completely even when it was not convenient. How often do you dwell on the word and personalize?

One of the many indicators of spiritual revival is hunger and thirst for the presence of God. In order to reach a place of over satisfaction we need to continue longing for God.

The benefits of longing for God's presence:

1. True and lasting satisfaction

2. Problems are solved and avoided

3. Change and transformation happen in us

4. We become tools in God's hands

When the Holy Spirit comes, He comes to do a major work in our lives. When there is lack of conviction of the Holy Spirit there is no regeneration. Everything that is received through prayer can only be sustained through prayer. The enemy will always want to quench or stop your prayer life. When God heals you, there is total healing. Through the conviction of the Holy Spirit, you will know what to do.

Throughout generations, God has always scattered His people as seeds to respond to the needs of His humanity. As seeds in Gods' hands we don't have to choose where God must plant us but to go where He is scattering us to. It's not by chance that you are where you are today, it is His plan for your life. The church exists to do what matters to God.

What kind of people does God us to fulfill His purpose?

The scattered community (Acts 8:4-8)

1. People shaped by the word of God (Jeremiah 20:7-9)

2. People filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts1:8)

3. People strengthened by faith (Matthew 17:18-20)

4. People energized through prayer (Acts 4:31)

5. People compelled by love (2 Corinthians 5:14-20)

What Really is going on in our city?

- City life has always a dark side to it

- The church must not be ignorant of its mandate in the city

- The church must be discerning the real issues in the city.

Where to from here?

- The church must move from praise to proclamation

- From ministry to mission

When a man meets with God, there is something that must happen in that person’s life – God has a great impact on your life. When people look at your life there will see that God has indeed touched your life. Let the Holy Spirit deal with your life – an intimate relationship, fellowship with the Holy Spirit. There is a special portion for God’s anointing for each person – an equal measure. Every one of us has been blessed, baptized and are equally important to God. We should all press in for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The level of expectation determines the level of receptions. When the Spirit comes into your life there is a beginning of endless possibilities.

Unity – “With one accord” Any church that is going to experience revival must understand the power of unity for revival. The anointing flows if there is harmony and peace. If there is unity, nothing can stop what God has planned for the church. When the church gets to the point of spiritual unity, there is nothing that can stop the manifestation of the Holy Spirit. Steadfastly, consistently fellowshipping together – this is an environment for breakthroughs, miracles and for the presence of the Holy Spirit.
