Some Pastors fail to give their best because they still have to take care of their needs instead of being released to fully take care of the Church. Desiring that the Elders who faithfully ruled to continue giving themselves to take care of the flock, Paul admonished Timothy to make sure that the Church will accord the elders their well-deserved financial support and trust (1 Timothy 5:17-19). However, he also wanted Timothy to make sure that only qualified elders will be in the office of the Elders (1 Timothy 5:20-25).
