Gospel-Shaped Care For Faithful Elders (Part 3) - 1 Timothy 5:17-25

Last time, the sermon on the Gospel-Shaped Care for Faithful Elders focused on the well-deserved trust of the church on them when they are charged or are accused of something, because it ought not to be assumed as true unless a case is properly built up or established well. Specifically, this is emphasized in 1 Timothy 5:19: "Do not admit a charge against an elder except on the evidence of two or three witnesses."
Now, as we continue with this topic, may we soak in 1 Timothy 5:20-25, and know of, and absorb further, Paul's instructions for the Ephesian church, in particular on the rebuking of leaders who are in sin. So come and join us tomorrow, 9:45 am, at Zaragoza Events Place, Pateros, and learn of carrying this out responsibly and faithfully as a church "without prejudging, doing nothing from partiality" (1 Timothy 5:21).
