Everyone has insecurities and everyone has struggled with their body image at some point in their life. We are constantly comparing ourselves to others in our lives and people on social media. It can be so draining to constantly be wanting to change things about yourself but as you get older you do realize to start accepting yourself more and more. In this episode we chat about when our struggles with self confidence began, where we are at now, and some advice on how to become more body positive.

Other women can be so judgemental as to the choices one makes about their own life so we share a few stories on our experiences. We have two sides of the coin: one who has dated consistently since the age of 15 and one who didn't date until into University. We talk all about how our experiences with dating have shaped us into who we are now and how they effect our current relationships. We also talk a little about manifesting our relationships and realizing what you need might be different than what you want. 

It's the first episode of Gossip and Gratitude and we are so excited for this journey! In this episode, we are introducing ourselves and discussing why we decided to create this podcast and why we chose the name we did. We also share one thing we have learned so far in our twenties that has helped change our perspective on life which centres all around being lost and realizing that life doesn't always go according to plan.
