Randall had worked with USA Wrestling from 2012-18, including a USA Wrestling’s Assistant Women’s National Coach. In 2016, Randall became the first female coach to receive gold certification within USA Wrestling’s National Coaches Education Program - the highest level of achievement within the program. Her coaching career with USA Wrestling began after accepting an internship with the Women’s Freestyle National team during the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Her duties included coaching Cadet, Junior U23, and Senior teams at the Pan American, World, and Olympic levels; developing USA Wrestling’s extensive age-group women’s development camp program; and coaching resident athletes at the U.S. Olympic Training Center. She became the head women’s coach at Beat the Streets NYC IN 2018.

Sophia is a stand-out at multiple combat sports! She was a recent NCWWC All-American (4th Place) in 2021. She has been involved with BTSNY since high school where she began her wrestling career at the age of about 15. Despite starting late, she is still accomplishing numerous goals in wrestling and off the mat. Her determination, hard work, and consistency keep her ready for all types of competition. She explains what her workouts consist of, growing up in NYC, getting involved with BTS, her mindset, winning Kickboxing titles & more! Ade was a coach around all of NYC. He wrestled at Bergan Catholic High School, one of the most prestigious wrestling schools in NJ and around the whole Nation. He also attended Hofstra and Mount st.
