  • Got Money Easy Money After Pay and Zip Pay
Patrick Sloyan from Consumer Action and Anna Dooland from Diversitat shine a light into the cupboard of easy, easy, easy money. Like a cheap date easy money will run through you, ruin you and leave you with a financial hangover that only mum and a trust account can fix. Easy money isn’t easy, it preys on the vulnerable and users ticks and long unreadable terms and conditions, likes large late penalties which can ultimately trap you into a spiral of financial pain.
It’s not a young persons issue, its just “a issue” and doesn’t discriminate. Anna says she’s not opposed to it as it can be a game changer for those that have urgent needs and some discipline. Great content form out guests and for those who may need the services of these front line organisations please see there website links

  • Got Money Homeless and Getting Worse
We entirely loath that there is such a things as “homelessness” especially in our richly abundant country. In truth homelessness is systemic, under reported, climbing, underfunded and like most horrendous Government Shortfalls its currently extremely impactful on older woman and those fleeing from family violence.
We interview Jeanette Large the CEO of Woman Property Initiative and examine the housing shortfall, how woman are now the new poor and homeless. It’s reported like puddle that can actually swallow a elephant.  Jeanette invites our listeners to lean into this information because every act of kindness is a step towards change.
The premise for Got Money is to position not only valuable educational content but to also unpack the true nature of less income equals less super and that with great financial goals old age could be the most fortunate of times.
WPI now have there own Real Estate and Property management arm and we invite you to consider there services as your act of kindness

  • Got Money Queers in Property
“Queers in property”,  it must of been like this when vanilla ice cream discovered dark chocolate and chilli. A world of congratulations to these young smart Queer Professionals that are “for our community” and more importantly “by our community”
Meg, Rosso and Ben are enthusiastic, intelligent and fun LGBTQIA+ advocates, educators and comrades in a mostly primitive construction/property sector where woman only have blonde hair and long legs and the guys drink beer (yes a massive generalisation, makes a nice change) during the interview its evident that change is happening and at the top and it give us a optimistic long term view of a sector that needed change.
    Well done Queers in Property
