In this week’s podcast we are discussing the feminism movement, how closely it was tied to the abolitionist movement, what the Bible has to say about feminism, and what true feminism looks like. Feminism is not a deletion of men; true liberation can only come when men lead and the women follow, not following nonchalantly, but following with strength and passion.

Today is extra-special, as our mothers have joined us to discuss where and how they were raised, the various influences of religion on their lives, and the joys and challenges of raising -doing the hair of😂-multiethnic children. Some of the facts might be pretty surprising! (Like, for real, how many people grow up in a town where the population is 60 people?)

Look at a church building these days and you will see droves of people walking, running, sprinting out the door. People are forsaking the assembly left and right. But are they wrong for leaving? The average church has become nothing more than a place to go on Sunday to provide the good feelings people need to enjoy the indulgences of their sin the rest of the week. The masses are awakening to the fact that hypocrisy in most church houses is rampant, and that the answer to their questions and problems of life will not be solved by a political group disguised as pastors. But what is the answer? Could there not be at least one...just one place that actually holds the truth, reconciles all problems, and gives hope to all of humanity?

We’re back again, addressing questions and comments about us! Are we ghosts? Hardly. We’re not pilgrims-those went down in history. And we’re pretty sure the uniform isn’t quite right if we’re “The British”. But those associations do give us good laughs sometimes!

Generational identity has always been a topic of interest worthy of discussion and debate. As Gen Zers we personally believe that we are a powerful generation capable of even more than we realize; but how did we come by that empowerment? What has influenced us to think the way we do, decide what our moral codes are, and what cause to rally around? Do we really posses the rizz we wish we had or are we as rotten as people think we are?

Who deserves the F? Students? When it’s the whole class of students? Teachers? When so many of them pour their whole heart into what they do and often face push-back for trying their hardest?

From advertisements featuring models to celebrities raving about their favorite cosmetic products, women are constantly surrounded by others who keep them evaluating their own looks. It's created a culture that doesn’t remind us that beauty is more than skin deep, a culture that gets us thinking that to be normal, we have to redesign ourselves, even though the God who created us called us perfectly made.

Our generation is very conscious and ready for action. But when it comes to music, which so often helps to shape communities, culture, and generations, the bulk of Gen-Z’s music does not reflect the things we feel so passionately about. Why are the top songs mostly empty? Why, amid a surge of awareness, is the majority of our music not touching problems and leading anyone toward answers or solutions? Is this purposeful?
