Antonio Gutierrez is from Grenada Spain and helps run the regenerative educational program called Celei, an organization that organizes study abroad programs and educational services about topics of sustainability for students.
I participated on one of their programs to Cuba this spring with Antonio and his friend, Arturo, and it was a life-changing experience.
On this episode, we talk about:
- What it means to be a traveler versus a tourist and why it is important to have the most meaningful travel experiences
- How to embrace discomfort when traveling
- Mindful tourism in Cuba
- Antonio’s life-changing travel experiences
- Celei’s educational opportunities (with an exciting chance to participate next year!)
