On May 9 I started putting an episode together for you and lost track of it . Starts with two recent tracks from Jacuzzi Jefferson ft Kool Ad, two from Action Bronson, Philosopher Kings, Orville Peck, I even threw in a mix of my own creation (DJAsics) Running time approximately an hour and five minutes.

I miss rap city from the 90s on Much Music in Canada and MTV from the US. I’m pretty sure Naughty By Nature and Kish were most responsible for my fascination with MC rhyming. Todays episode is all throwing back to that era. Also look out for an early track from future Cake Mob General Dave-E, and a classic freestyle session between Run DMC and A Tribe Called Quest on Tim Westwood’s radio show.

Lots more songs from Sage Francis, Buck 65, Das Racist, Kool and Kass, and Palms. And the third section of the classic Freestyle session with Apathy and Sage Francis.

This episode has part two of the freestyle from Apathy and Sage Francis. Other songs from Apathy, Sage, and a double feature of Vinnie Paz and Block McCloud True Lies/ End of Days and look out for some freestyle verses from Cake Mobs Dave-E and the Homie YP Louisiana from MA.

This episode has part one of a dope freestyle season from Sage Francis and Apathy. Their chemistry is sound and the spirit is high Styling. Also includes the story of the town who have kept silent about the murder of a local bully.

Oops forgot to press Publish that day . It was mostly already there when I saw it today. And now it’s yours to have and enjoy whenever you like. Isn’t that wonderful. Expect to hear Ween and a suite of songs from De La Soul.

I didn’t mix this one . Today’s episode is dedicated to a hard working Dj who also has a career in acting and other artistic outlets. I only learned about his music recently and I am enjoying it lots. This album is from 2020 and is mostly instrumental. My partner in Rhyme (Dave- E) and myself are going to be rapping to these beats lots I can tell. Enjoy the music of Balt Getty. And thank you for listening

The cinematic and theatrical rap album by the very talented producer Prince Paul. Starring Breeze Brewin as Tariq, Sha as Tru, and Featuring appearances by many rap stars including Big Daddy Kane, Kool Keith, Chubb Rock and many more . This is an album worthy of attention start to finish. Kick back and experience A Prince Among Thieves.

PnB Rock, Big Grams, Jordy Birch, the Zombies, Logic and all kinds of stuff I like a lot. like a song by Christ Sampson, Some Poetry from Saul Williams and MuMs and loads of other great things I can’t recall atm.

This is a mix of instrumentals from the album Hope by Non Prophets (Joe Beats & Sage Francis) but instead of lyrics it’s an old tv interview with a Mafia Hitman. It’s in three parts and it slaps. Please enjoy responsibly.
