Royce expounds on the real reason behind gun control laws and the contempt that government officials that pass them have for the people. A great example of this comes out of North Carolina, where Gov. Stein just vetoed a permit-less carry bill that would have restored the rights of 18–20-year-old adults there to freely exercise their right to keep and bear arms. The reason (excuse) given by the governor and several sheriffs was that signing this bill into law would somehow make law enforcement and the public "less safe".
