Grab A Seat

We’re back!!! Eager to get into the swing of things and start this journey fresh! In this weeks episodes we talk about a 2020 recap as well as go over my 2021 goals. Grab a seat, put your feet up, let’s chat!

In this weeks episode I chose to start the conversation on body image but shortly realized that I was rather using this episode as a therapeutic venting session. So with that being said, grab a seat, put your feet up, let’s chat.

If you're looking for an episode that is organized, frame-worked, and direct, then this isn't the episode for you. On this weeks episode ft. Lauren Cohen, conversation topics are flying left and right.. but ultimately we are real and raw about our opinions and emotions.

Grab a seat, put your feet up, let's chat.

With our first featured guest, Camille Desrochers, this week we'll chat all about the pros and cons of being a student athlete, balancing all different aspects, and trying to "do it all". Grab a seat, put your feet up, let's chat!

In this weeks episode we’re diving into the conversation of relationships and friendships. We’re getting honest and vulnerable, talking about all different sorts of varying topics.

On this episode I'm going to start us off by getting open and honest. I'll be diving into the unknown of my adoption story, talking about the whirlwind of feelings that come with being adopted, and letting you all into something so personal.
