Ok ladies and Warrior mamas...you asked me and I created a two part BONUS mini-series for you regarding MY Tips, Tricks, and Secrets that I use and help my clients with when it comes to health and fitness.
My name is Cara Foote and I am a NASM certified personal trainer (CPT), who minored in Nutrition and am sort of an expert at researching and testing out all sorts of things because of my OWN autoimmunes, (Celiac, Lupus) diverticulitis, hormone issues, endometriosis...and I could go on but you get the point. I first went into this field and Certified with ISSA and NESTA, working at a 24 Hr fitness in San Diego, CA in 2013. Since then, It has been MY goal to live as fit, healthy, and pain-free as possible without the use of medicines and I LOVE helping ALL OF YOU to do the same!
Although I have stepped way back from all my online fitness, I realized God can still use me to help those of you who are searching for help and answers. There is soooo much info out there on weight loss and what to or not to do or eat, it gets overwhelming and time consuming and often you end up gaining more then losing.
