My guest Esther Oke is a mum and a wife based in UK from Nigeria. Esther is passionate for the safety and well being of women and children. Esther and her husband founded a medical centre in Nigeria, a clinic that takes care of pregnant women, the clinic undertakes pre and post natal care ( from the womb to the cradle) "The safety of women and children resonates deeply within me- having seen women around me go through unwarranted challenges in the marriage and by extension the children safety and wellbeing are compromised. It makes me go to lengths to support the cause of women and children. Esther also runs a monthly relationship forum Called the singles and married forum, Where they share ideas and experiences as well as support each other in their relationship.

The life cycle of a rose can be related back to our own lives. We go through phases of growth, pruning, and rough winters that can leave us bare but in the end, we (like roses) will regrow and prosper again.

My guest is Cheryl Lefere Maiden from the Gilets Foundation based in Durban South Africa, It runs a number of community projects and is one of the ports of call in a crisis in the area, example: floods, lockdown, and now this unexpected looting and burning of businesses, shopping malls, hospitals, and schools. attacked and burned to the ground. There is a food shortage all over Durban.
