Grace Abounds Global

Today's episode includes a poem I wrote and shared with The Church of Jacksonville's Women's Group, http://www.thechurchgroup.com. I was honored and humbled to share with these wonderful women of God.

Discusses God's standard of beauty and how it differs from what society says is beautiful. God made you an original masterpiece and reverencing God is the essence of beauty.

Discusses how God blesses us with gifts and talents to bless others. We may have moments when we doubt our abilities, but God has called us to a greater purpose beyond ourselves...to bless others.

Discusses the challenges of change and the necessity of moving forward beyond our current circumstances to be God's best and do our best for His Glory.

Discusses how the "junk" in our past may haunt us if we allow it, but God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to remove our transgressions...past, present, and future.

Discusses the struggles Jesus experienced in the garden of Gethsemane and how He knows how we feel when we are pressed in our valley moments. Yet, when we surrender our will to the Lord, He comforts us, lifts us, and gives us His Peace.

Discusses how we should surrender our plans to the Lord and allow Him to guide us.

Discusses how we can learn from our mistakes and the redemptive power of God to work all things together for our good.

Discusses that no matter what storms, mountains, and valleys we experience, God is there to comfort and strengthen us.

Discusses how we should leave our baggage (i.e. our burdens) to the Lord and receive His comfort and peace.
