Rules can seem heavy and confining, but in the right context they can provide freedom, kindness, and clarity.  In this episode I share tips, tricks and some of our personal rules for doing life with a little simplicity and less decisions.

In this episode, I hope you take away some tips and tricks for making space just for you.  We give and give to others and it's always easiest to put ourselves last.  While I am not perfect at this concept, I have learned a few things about making sure some simple tricks are in place to help protect my mindset and behavior. 

I love love love summer.  It is my very favorite.  But every year I seem to have expectations that don't match with the reality of the season.  This year I am digging in and getting REALLY honest about the lies that I tell myself that cause problems.  I hope this helps you as much as it's helped me!  

Just a few short weeks ago, my calendar exploded.  After months and months of being home and laying low, ALL the things popped up in my calendar just as planting season got busy.  After a couple of weeks of over dramatic tears and exhaustion, I started applying the questions that I share in this episode to help me feel like I have some control over all the things that I suddenly have to do.  I hope it helps you as much as it helped me.
