Light illuminates and allows one to see. No matter how dark it may be, light dispels the darkness.  Matthew 5:15 tells us, Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.  Matthew 6:22goes on to say, The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works. (Tit 2:11-14).

Over the years, I've come to rely on the use of acronymns.  I'd like for us to examine two of them now:

GRACE = God's Riches at Christ's Expense.

PEACE = Provisions Extended Appropriately Currently (and) Eternally.

The framing of boundaries to help govern relationships can be beneficial and are something that we all should keep in mind for ourselves and respect those set by others. On the other hand, ill framed boundaries can contribute to the ruin of relationships.
