God placed in His Word a list of qualifications that a man must meet before they serve as a pastor.----As we consider these qualifications, we will learn that they are all about a person-s character even more than they are about a person-s ability. Who you are is more important than what you are able to do. Our character is what God is determined to change as He makes us more like His Son, Jesus. We will examine these character qualifications tomorrow, and find that they are remarkably normal. They are qualities that should be true of all Christians.
