Day 131Luke 2:1-20; Ephesians 3:14-21; Psalm 119:41-48; 1 Kings 9-10

To apply a verse or passage we must first know what it means. The foundation upon which unity rests is the Word of God. There can be no unity if God’s Word is not handled accurately.

What does a door do? It provides entrance into something. Christ is our means of entrance. What does He grant entrance into? The end of v. 10 declares that Christ gives abundant life! How is He able to offer this life? V. 11 proclaims that as the good shepherd, He gives His life for the sheep! The entrance fee to heaven must be paid. It is paid by the blood of Christ.

Ben Winkelman takes us through Galatians 5:16-26! His message title is "Led By God."God leads those who are His. He leads, it is our responsibility to follow. We are led by the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. To be led by the Spirit we must be filled with the Spirit. To be led by the Word we must know it.God leads us to love our neighbor, live in unity, and redeem the time.

When Christ returns every believer will be evaluated by Him.After evaluation, we will receive praise from God. May our anticipation of praise cause us to live for Christ today.
