The idea of God being three in one is mind-bending. If we try to understand every bit of it, we’ll lose our minds. But if we neglect it, we’ll lose our soul and fail to understand God as he reveals himself in Scripture. We must lean into the idea of one God in three persons and work hard to apply what it means to our life. This will be a lifelong journey but one we must take.

Last week, we talked about what it means for God to be sovereign. This week, we look more closely at the ways our belief in God’s sovereignty changes us. When we acknowledge and place our trust in God who rules over all things, it will produce dependence in us and worship from us.
