Finishing the "Ethical Exhortations" in Titus 2, we end with the Master/Slave - Employer/Employee instructions as how to "adorn" the Gospel. A very necessary and practical teaching on the theology of "WORK". This could change the way you view your "job"!

In Titus 2 we continue with the ethical portion of how God's people are to live to honor God, His word, and "adorn" the Gospel of Grace. Today the topic is "Younger Men"... are to be "self-controlled" in a culture that is out of control.

The Apostle Paul, next, tells Titus to have the Older Women help the Young Women manage their primary relationships - Husband and Children - in a way that honors God and His word. Challenging teaching in our day and age... but the key to a happy and healthy home.

Titus continues with the instruction on how God's people are to live godly lives that "Adorn" the Gospel of God. Today, we consider the instruction to "Older Women" - They are to live out their identity in Jesus by being mature mentor's in the lives of younger women.

Looking at the very practical section of Titus on godly living... today we begin by considering "older men". The ethical admonitions are not to perfection but perseverance. That adorns the beauty of God's truth and makes the gospel attractive.

Our annual look back at what God has been doing in our midst and a look toward the future at what we believe He wants to do here at Grace Church. Praise the LORD!

Looking at the importance of living out a life of sound doctrine through good works... Matt Duranske gives an overview of Paul's words to Titus 1:10-2:15. The gospel of God's grace changes our lives in such powerfully good ways that our very lives "adorn" the gospel and make it attractive to those who are in need of a relationship with Jesus Christ.

In Part 3 of "Appointing Godly Leaders" we look at the remaining qualification for the Elder candidate called to lead God's people in the local church... devotion to God's Word! Godly character and a firm grip on God's word are what Paul tells Titus the men should have that he places in leadership over God's people.

We finish our Easter series by looking at being "Salt and Light" in the lives of people who need a relationship with Jesus. Eat, Pray, Love: and as the relationship is built we invite and connect people to Grace Church to "Belong" so that they can journey to "Believe" and receive Jesus in New Birth.

Looking at the historical evidence behind our Christian faith. The reality is, it actually takes more faith NOT to "believe" in the person, death, and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth than it does to "believe" it.
