The new covenant we have with Christ surpasses the old covenant because it imparts the internal motivation to obey, a "personal" relationship with God, and complete forgiveness to all the members.Hebrews 8.6-13

When God’s people return to him in faith and repentance, and (re-)commit themselves to live according to his word, he blesses them with all the riches of his covenant.
