Exodus 19 introduces us to the Mosaic covenant via God coming down to Mt. Sinai to give the law to the children of Isreal. This majestic event displayed the awesome power and holiness of God and marked the beginning of a 1500 year era of the people of God discovering just how badly they need a Savior and a new covenant.

Moses lived by faith, trusting in God-s protection, God-s propitiatory plan, and God-s promise for deliverance from slavery. We, too, are to live by faith, trusting in God-s protection, propitiation, and promise for deliverance from His wrath.

While at the University of Iowa, Tony sat on a bench, with his -Stop and Talk- cross next to him. Joseph saw Tony and approached him. Joseph was troubled by the sin in his life. Tony was left wonderfing if the Lord might have saved Joseph during the conversation.

While distirbuting gospel tracts at the University of Iowa, Tony struck up a conversation with Li. Li, who is from China, is studying statistics at the uinversity. The conversation began with Li acknowledging -a- creator. By the end of the conversation, Li understood he would one-day stand before THE Creator, and he heard of his need for salvation, through faith in Jesus Christ.

Mike saw Tony on the corner with his -Stop and Talk- cross, so he decided to stop and do just that. Mike works for a medical transportation service.----Five years ago, Mike's 15-year-old son was allowed furlough from a juvenile detention facility. He was never seen again. Mike was angry with God.----In this audio, Tony shares with Mike a time when he, too, was very angry with God. He transitions the testimony to the law and the gospel.

Tony first met Graham in November of 2017, while crosswalking. Almost a year later, Tony would see Graham again while crosswalking, on the same corner.----Graham told Tony about his recent suicide attempts. Tony pleaded with Graham to turn to Christ and live.

Tony was crosswalking when TJ approached him with a smile on his face. -What does Isaiah 1-18 say-- TJ asked. Isaiah 1-18 is the verse on the back of the crossbeam of Tony's cross.----That question led to a brief conversation that went from TJ professing to be a follower of Jesus Christ to TJ blaspheming God and spewing profanity.----Unless the Lord miraculously intervenes, TJ will be among those to whom Jesus will tragically say, -Depart from Me.-

As Sonja started to walk across the street, a van entered the parking lot at a high rate of speed, and came to a stop just feet away from where Tony was standing.----Sonja's soon-to-be ex-husband jumped out of the van and attacked her in the middle of the street. Tony was able to put himself between the two and fend off the man.----The man got back into his van and sped away.----The police were called. They located the man and arrested him for assault.----One of the last things Tony communicated to Sonja, before the assault, was that life is a vapor, and that today is the day of salvation.
