In today's episode, I talk a little bit about how to speak things into existence. I believe it's a skill that allows many of us to realize the power that we have over our own lives. Your perception is your reality and yet many of us, knowing this, still struggle with feeling powerless when things get hard or when they don't work out our way.

Sometimes, it's as simple as making a decision. You are not helpless, we all have our low points. But they become shorter and more shallow the more we acknowledge that we are all power"full" individuals.

Consistency is key. Making the decision and executing actions that get you closer to it is a large part. Speaking things into existence becomes easier with practice. You either use it, or lose it.
