What does it really mean to know God as Father?
In this episode of Grace & Grit Mindset, we continue The Steadfast One series by exploring Romans 8 and one of the most powerful truths of our identity in Christ: we have not received a spirit of slavery that leads us back into fear—we have received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”
We’ll look at what Abba actually means, why knowing God as Father changes the way we relate to Him, and how His fatherhood remains steadfast even when the people and circumstances around us are not.
I also share a deeply personal moment when, in one of the most painful experiences of my life, the only words I could cry were, “Abba, help me.”
If you struggle with fear, abandonment, insecurity, or feeling as though you have to face life on your own, this episode is an invitation to meditate on a life-changing truth:
God is your Father. You belong to Him. And His fatherhood toward you is steadfast.
