In John 9, Jesus heals a blind man by spitting in the dirt and wiping it in the man's eyes. Why did He Jesus heal him that way? How did the man react? The questions are incredibly important in understanding our response to what God has provided by grace! The gospel of grace is a message of freedom. It's a realization of God not holding your sins against and knowing that there is NOTHING that can separate you from the love of God!  Some people have a hard time living in this new found freedom because they've always thought the goal was to get God to love and bless them. So, if it's already a done deal, what's the point? Does this mean I can do whatever I want and get away with it?
