Today, our focus is on Philippians 2:14-16 and the outworking of the mind of Christ in the believer's walk: which is to be shining as lights in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation.

Okay, now that I have your attention with the title, today we will bring clarity to Philippians 2:12-13 and what does God mean when he wants the believer to "work out your own salvation with fear and trembling".

Today we look at Philippians 2:5-8 which presents us with the glorious truth of Jesus Christ, and His laying aside His external glory (not His deity) to become a bondservant in perfect submission to the Father's will and to be humbled on the cross as the once for all payment for our sins.

As we continue are study on Philippians and the truth of living as bondservants of Jesus Christ, we look at Philippians 2:1-4 and the need for the believer to be leaning on the comfort and tenderness of Jesus Christ and displaying that to other believers.

As we return to our study on Philippians, we focus on 1:21 and Paul's desire "to live is Christ and to die is gain."
