I'll quickly survey our identity in Christ and its importance.

How are we in Christ? We're blessed in Him. What does bless mean?

I introduce the importance of identity in Christ.

Some claim that Christians are all hypocrites and the churches are full of hypocrites. We'll look at this and consider when it's a problem and when it isn't.

We'll introduce Isaiah, his preparation, commission, and his opening prophecy.

We jump into the middle of Isaiah' prophecy and look at Isaiah 40-49. God calls people to recognize that He is the only God and incomparable. We as New Testament Christians need this encouragement as much as the people of Judah.

We'll look at what Nestorius taught, what others claimed he taught and why they disliked his teaching. We'll also consider some practical implications of Nestorius' teaching.

We'll look at Docetism and Arianism and how the New Testament writers headed off both heresies. We'll also consider a couple of practical matters affected by a Biblical understanding of Christ's two natures.

Jesus tells His disciples that they should not be surprised if the world hates them. 

In Paul's closing remarks, we see his care for the churches in sending others to take over the work.
