We’ve all been hurt by someone else and forgiving often seems impossible.  But when we live with unforgiveness, we’re imprisoned to the past. 

Freedom is forged in forgiveness and in this message we’ll learn the steps we need to take to experience freedom and deal with our Unfinished Business.

Have you ever had a hard time forgiving yourself? There is a difference between shame and guilt.  God never intended you to live with either.  
In this week's teaching, we will learn how we cannot only accept God’s forgiveness but also be able to forgive ourselves.

You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins. 14 He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross.  Colossians 2:13-14 

Why we have unfinished business with God:

1.  We BURY it. 

2.  We BLAME others. 

3.  We BEAT ourselves up.

How to receive God’s forgiveness: 

1.  Admit it. 

2.  Accept responsibility. 

3. Ask for God’s forgiveness.

One word can change your day, week, year, and even your life. FAITH is a word that we all know, but if we are honest, we all have a hard time living by it. In a world full of battles and blessings, how do we live by faith?
