The difficulty of waiting is enflamed by our culture's preoccupation with self. However the early church struggled with the creep of selfishness the same as us. No where is secret assault more detrimental than to the unity and communion of the church family.

The church is filled with diversity. This strength of our multifaceted expression of God's glory is also the fulcrum of tension and division inside of the church. God's solution is transformation that flows from those with open arms - those who are willing to accept.

Submission is a confusing word in our world today. However, Christlike respect for one another honors God's design by serving and yielding to one another in humility, love, out of a reverence for Christ.

Biblical teaching is more than just doctrine, theology, and information. It must be formational to equip God's people to live the truth. Each of us has a role and responsibility to help one another grow in maturity and faithful obedience to His Word.

There may be no greater attribute in our fellowship that displays a mutual love and care for one another than peace. Biblical peace preserves the unity of Christ's body as believers pursue reconciliation, humility, and harmony with one another.

Admonishment requires Spirit-led discipline from both the speaker and listener. Loving admonishment calls one another toward repentance and Christlike holiness through gracious truthful encouragement.

Jesus himself is our greatest example of hospitality. Selflessly welcoming one another reflects the heart of Christ by opening our lives, homes, and church to others and especially to the "least of these."

The command to honor one another is often overlooked by today's evangelical world. However, there is a biblical model for giving honor when we become the conduit of recognizing God's assignment in the beauty of His design.

The challenge for believers is to follow Jesus in serving one another. He has recreated us for this purpose, He has equipped us for service by His Spirit, and He receives the glory for our service to one another.

The church has a God-given task of serving as His vessels of restoration. As we have experienced restoration from God - we are then tasked with advancing this work in one another's lives. To "restore" one another is the actionable work of the gospel in our church community.
