When we rest the Lord works when we work the Lord rests. Jesus gave the example of how to live dependent on him now through the way he lived dependent on the father.

Holding unforgiveness is like drinking poison which hurts you. When you don’t forgive it leads to malice a hatred towards others. Forgiving others is for your benefit.
