The point Jesus is making here is we don’t overcome circumstances by thinking about them, we overcome the circumstances by turning our eyes & thoughts on Jesus .

Feelings of depression can often be solved when those suffering with depression move the focus from themselves to Christ and others.

The Opposite of Depression: cheer·ful·ness
